Placing an Order
You will find the order form on our site. It will ask you to fill in a number of fields. We encourage our clients to complete this form with as much detail as possible, so that w an assign the perfect writer to the task. The basic fields on the form include:

There will also be a field for additional information. We urge you to provide as much additional information as possible. Every detail helps us and your writer better meet your needs.
Once you have completed your order form, we ask that you review it carefully. It is easy to make mistakes with drop down menus. When you submit your order, you will be directed to the payment page.

Communication Throughout the Process
From the time a writer is assigned to your project, you will have access to that writer and to our customer support department, 24 hours a day. Here is how this communication works:
You will be given a password-protected personal portal on our site. Your writer will have access to it as well. You may message your writer at any time to check on progress, to provide more information, etc.
Your writer will also use this portal to communicate with you. If s/he has any questions or needs some more information, you will receive a message. And, writers often send drafts to their clients for approval before they move forward.
It is important that your check your personal account often to see if there are messages.
You also have several methods of communicating with our customer support department – through your account portal, by phone, and by live chat. If you ever have any questions or concerns, we want you to contact us immediately. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we will do whatever is needed to achieve that.
When the Order is Completed
As soon as your order is finished, you will be notified both through your account and via your email. At this point, your job is to access your account portal, open the product, review it, and take one of two options:
You approve the final product, click “approve,” and then immediately download it onto your own device. The product belongs to you and you alone, and we wipe it from our system. It will never be seen by anyone else – guaranteed.
You may wish some changes to the final draft. All you need do is click the “Revision Request” button, tell your writer what revisions you want, and they will be completed as quickly as possible.
You have the right to request revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Giving Us Feedback
We cannot get better unless our clients tell us how we are doing and give us suggestions for improvement.
At the end of each transaction with us, a client will be asked to complete a feedback form, telling us what we are doing well and in what areas we can improve. We urge you to give us feedback.
